Thurston & Louise Krause. They were handed out to all who attended,
plus mailed to many, including the military in Bosnia.

Honor
Guard salute to Robby and all the other K-9 military war heroes.
Chairs
were set up for all, plus approximate 250 people were scattered under trees
to view
ceremony in the beautiful cemetery, on a very HOT sunny day.x

Robby
was the "Poster Boy" who changed the laws regarding K-9s in wars since
WW I.
President
W. Clinton signed this new law ...
on November
6, 2000, H.R.5314 became Public Law No: 106-446 amending Title 10, United
States Code,
to facilitate
the adoption of retired military working dogs by law enforcement agencies,
former
handlers of these dogs, and other persons capable of caring for these dogs.
